The Human Resources department is responsible for the strategic planning, recruitment, development and support of the employees of SRK Kanton Bern. For this exciting position, we are looking for a motivated, responsible personality who supports our HR team with commitment as: University Intern HR Your tasks You participate in the preparation, implementation and further development of concepts, instruments and processes. You work on the digitalization of HR processes. You support the HR team with daily administrative and organizational topics and projects. Your profile You are completing a degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., business administration with a focus on HRM, or work and organizational psychology, etc.) You have a quick grasp of matters as well as a high orientation towards service. You have sound user knowledge in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You have very good German language skills in speaking and writing; very good English skills are an advantage.
