On behalf of our client, we are looking for a

Job Description ###

Reporting to the management, you will manage the workshop activity and guarantee the achievement of safety, quality, cost, deadline, and productivity objectives. You will lead the teams and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial performance.

• Organize and supervise workshop production
• Supervise, support, and develop teams
• Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, cost, and deadline objectives
• Optimize production performance (OEE, quality, yield)
• Ensure monitoring of indicators and implement improvement actions
• Collaborate with Methods, Maintenance, quality, and R&D departments
• Participate in industrialization projects and equipment improvement

Profile ###

• Higher education in mechanics, industrial production, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in managing a production workshop, ideally in stamping/deep drawing, cutting, or machining
• Solid knowledge of industrial processes and strong presence on the ground
• Leadership and ability to unite teams
• Sense of organization and decision-making
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate transversally
• Rigor, autonomy, and result orientation
