For our initial and re-letting department, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded personality who leads a small team and at the same time remains close to the market and our customers. This is not just about residential real estate: you will manage and acquire letting mandates in the residential, office, and commercial sectors and develop this area together with us. You bring experience in real estate marketing, enjoy leading, and want to make a difference in the market yourself? Then you might soon be our new Team Leader Initial and Re-letting Your tasks You lead a small team professionally and personally and promote the individual development of your employees. A major focus of your activity lies in the acquisition of new initial and re-letting mandates in the residential, office, and commercial sectors as well as in the maintenance of existing customer relationships. You independently accompany demanding letting mandates - from acquisition through advice and marketing to a successful conclusion. Our clients advise you competently on positioning, rental prices, target groups, space concepts, and market-oriented letability. To this end, you develop convincing letting and marketing concepts and present them to our customers. You keep an eye on the market and its developments, recognize new business opportunities, and actively contribute your experience and ideas. Together with internal specialist departments and external partners, you ensure a professional and successful implementation of our mandates. Your profile Training in real estate marketing and/or real estate management at least at the level of Federal Diploma of Higher Education (Fachausweis) or a comparable further education Several years of experience in the letting and marketing of real estate, ideally in the residential sector as well as office and commercial spaces Good knowledge of the real estate market Leadership experience and enjoyment in promoting and developing employees Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong sense for acquisition and customer relationships A good network in the real estate environment is an advantage Confident, winning, and communicative appearance High initiative, implementation strength, and a structured, independent way of working Stylistically confident German, very good English skills, and a high IT affinity Why us?
