Project Development and Client Representation (m/f/d), 80-100%
You will work in a team on demanding and versatile tasks during project development and further along the planning and construction process.
Your main tasks include:
Organization and implementation of competition and planner selection processes.
Development of real estate strategies and concepts. Site evaluations and feasibility studies.
Client representation in development, construction and repair projects.
Process design and project control regarding costs, deadlines and qualities.
Preparation of planner, TU and works contracts
What you bring with you:
Architecture studies ETH/FH and several years of professional experience in planning and project development, ideally also in the accompaniment of competition processes.
Strategic, analytical, holistic and interdisciplinary way of thinking.
Enjoyment of concept and idea development and of independent processing.
Independent working and ability to work in a team.
Confident and respectful appearance towards clients, authorities and external partners. Curiosity, willingness to perform and to learn.
Proficient German in speaking and writing
