In your role as HR Business Partner, you will be required, within the dynamic environment of TRAVECO Transporte AG, a subsidiary of fenaco, to autonomously manage the sites in French-speaking Switzerland, collaborating closely with line managers.

Exciting tasks

• Advising and supporting the managers and employees of TRAVECO Transporte AG at the Puidoux and Sierre sites
• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process (writing advertisements, entering applications, pre-selection, recruitment interviews, and telephone interviews)
• Responsibility for the entire personnel administration process, from entry to exit (drafting contracts and work certificates, requesting work permits, drafting terminations and confirmations of terminations)
• Implementation of disciplinary measures and support in interviews
• Implementation of HR strategies and acting as an active sparring partner to managers
• Perfect application of HR policies and procedures, while also being proactive in proposing improvements
• Point of contact for internal clients for all questions related to the field of Human Resources.

The sought-after profile

• To successfully accomplish these varied tasks, you have completed specialized training in the field of Human Resources and have several years of proven experience in HR management
• You are bilingual French-German or have at least a certified B2 level of German orally
• You are ready to undertake business travel (holder of a driver's license and vehicle available)
• We wish to meet a pragmatic, autonomous, and resilient personality with marked social competence and a respectful and appreciative attitude in a business context, focused more on seeking solutions than on analyzing problems
• You have an interest in operational HR work in a dynamic and down-to-earth environment of the transport sector, and you have the desire to actively participate in the design of cross-functional themes (processes, projects)
• You have good knowledge of MS Office, you know Talentsoft, Swiss+, SAPHCM
