Caretaker / Allrounder

We are looking for a service-oriented and committed personality to strengthen our team in the Luzern region, starting immediately or by arrangement.

You will look after a property in shift operation - your tasks include the following activities:

• All infrastructural activities such as grounds maintenance as well as winter service and disposal
• Demanding cleaning work
• General caretaker tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs)
• Carrying out small repairs
• On-call service

You describe yourself as a service provider out of inner conviction with an open and warm manner. Flexibility, reliability, independence, and teamwork are also among your character traits.

• Basic professional training as a specialist in facility management or building cleaner is an advantage, combined with experience as a caretaker
• Experience in the field of green space maintenance is an advantage
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good IT user skills
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Reliable way of working and punctuality
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as a good appearance
