Job Description ##

• Main responsibility for the reliable planning and execution of installation projects
• Passionate leadership of a team
• Financial and schedule responsibility for the assigned projects
• Customer consulting and support
• Project controlling and continuous process optimization
• Ensuring timely project handover to the customer
• Coordination with the construction management as well as constructive cooperation with the planners
• Creating and processing offers and supplements
• Creating interim and final invoices

We expect ##

• Completed vocational training as Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ
• Planned or completed further training as Elektroprojektleiter*in Installation und Sicherheit with eidg. Fachausweis or Elektroinstallations- und Sicherheitsexperte/-Expertin HFP
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in leading and promoting employees
• Very good technical understanding and also good MS-Office skills
• High degree of social competence, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Good analytical-conceptual skills as well as networked thinking and acting
• High customer and service orientation
• Team player, solution-oriented, resilient, and flexible personality with a confident appearance and good manners
• Enjoyment of a large scope for action
