Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept from Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG, was created in 2006 and has since earned a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The establishment in the Metalli shopping center in Zug invites you to enjoy delicious sushi on-site in a relaxed atmosphere with a terrace. Furthermore, the team also takes care of incoming take-away and delivery orders. With around 200 seats, Negishi offers sufficient space for numerous visitors.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated

Dishwasher (a) 40%

per immediately or by arrangement

Your versatile activities:

• Cleaning the kitchen and washing the dishes 🧽
• Supporting production tasks in the kitchen 🍳
• Adhering to all hygiene guidelines and quality standards ✅
• Keeping order in storerooms and the kitchen 🗄️
• Supporting the preparation of the mise en place for lunch and dinner service 🍴

Your talents & experiences:

• Several years of experience in the kitchen 👨🍳
• Good German language skills in speaking 🗣️
• You work cleanly and precisely ✨
• A hands-on mentality is among your strengths 🛠️
• Helpfulness and team spirit characterize you 🤝
