In order to strengthen our Purchasing & Procurement department, we are looking for a Purchasing & Logistics Collaborator responsible for ensuring the fluidity of supplies, stock management, and the coordination of logistical flows in service of our medical and hotel activities.

Your responsibilities
------------------------

Operational Logistics

• Guarantee the availability of material necessary for the various medical and hotel departments.
• Organize the reception, storage, preparation, delivery, and shipment of goods.
• Coordinate the movement of material between the central warehouse and the various services.
• Ensure the operational management of the medical equipment store.
• Update locations and optimize the organization of shelving as well as logistical routes.
• Process invoices and participate in the resolution of any potential billing disputes.
• Coordinate the responsibilities of storage and management of specific material with the concerned departments.

Purchasing and Transversal Support

• Process operational purchase requests in the ERP and ServiceNow.
• Take charge of internal mail as well as national and international shipments, notably for the laboratory, via La Poste and FedEx.
• Collaborate closely with medical teams, operating rooms, concierge, spa, kitchen, restaurant, finance, and other concerned services.
• Participate in the implementation of a logistics duo in order to ensure the continuity of activities and the sharing of knowledge.

Stock Management and Inventories

• Supervise, control, and optimize stocks and inventories of the medical and hotel departments.
• Create and maintain new stocks according to operational needs.
• Ensure the securing of sensitive stocks.
• Use and ensure the monitoring of mobile consumption terminals and scanning systems.
• Guarantee the reliability and traceability of stock movements by means of ERP and e-procurement tools.

Compliance and Audits

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures as well as regulatory standards applicable to purchasing and logistics.
• Prepare the necessary elements for audits.
• Control the consistency and reliability of logistical data.

Your profile
------------

• You hold a CFC in logistics or benefit from proven experience in the fields of logistics, supply chain, or purchasing.
• You master computer management tools and are comfortable with Excel. Knowledge of Opale Solutions, ServiceNow, or Zebra terminals constitutes an advantage.
• Experience in a medical, hospital, or hotel environment, or in a sector subject to high requirements of quality and traceability, represents an asset.
• You are fluent in French. An operational level in English is appreciated.
