For our client, an international group established locally, we are looking for a Finance Manager capable of taking charge of both local accounting and consolidation at the holding level in a context of acquisition and structuring.
Finance Manager
Reporting to the members of the group management, you are in charge of:

• Complete management of accounting up to the closing of several Swiss entities including intercompany and VAT
• Budgeting, forecast and reforecast
• Group consolidation
• Implementation of accounting processes and automation
• Financial reports and group reporting
• Being the point of contact with auditors
• Treasury management
• Support in the structuring of accounting and change management with the group

We are looking for:

• 6/10 years of experience in Swiss accounting and ideally a first experience in French accounting / company
• experience in the construction field or in project mode
• experience in consolidation / reporting
• French speaking, English B2
• Salary: 110/120 K CHF to be discussed - position based near Lausanne with some local travel

Our ideal candidate will have solid technical skills and will have already worked in a context of acquisition of a local company within a group.
