In order to complete its team, the management is looking for an ASSC 60-80% Your mission : • Provide the necessary care and accompany residents in daily life activities while ensuring their well-being • Participate in the management and supervision of daily care and the support of residents • Guarantee the follow-up and traceability of the residents' nursing and medical care • Organize, manage and supervise the daily work of the unit in the absence of the ICUS • Ensure the preparation and distribution of medication • Participate in the development of care tools and protocols • Participate in the evaluation of the residents' degrees of dependency Your profile : • CFC d-ASSC • Several years of experience in EMS • Mastery of care techniques and sense of responsibility • Mastery of French, knowledge of German is an asset • Very good ability to analyze, anticipate and manage acute care situations (medical emergencies, etc.) • The well-being of the residents is your primary concern Your advantages : • A dynamic and benevolent working environment • Opportunities for continuing education Start date: 1er novembre 2026 or to be agreed Information: Mme C.
