• Telephone and written customer support
• Complete order processing from A-Z
• Technical consulting
• Complaint management
• Building and maintaining customer relationships in-house

Your Profile ##

• Technical or commercial basic training with technical understanding in the industrial sector (focus on metals)
• Several years of professional experience
• Very good language skills in German and English in W/S, French and Italian skills are an advantage
• Very good handling of ERP and MS-Office
• Customer-oriented, technical affinity and independent and exact way of working
