Team Leader Quality Planning (m/w/d) Your tasks Technical and personnel management of the Quality Planning team at the Sulgen site QM responsibility for ASME-, SELO-, and DGRL certifications Ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP, and regulatory requirements Responsible for the introduction and further development of the CAQ system and is SAP Key User for the QM module Management and support of projects in the area of quality planning Technical contact person for qualification, validation, and customer FAT Coordination of non-conformities, cause analyses, and CAPA measures Planning and accompanying internal and external audits as well as certifications Responsible for pressure equipment approvals and quality-relevant documentation Support of the Head of Quality in key figures and continuous improvements Your profile Technical basic training Further education HF, FH, or comparable higher technical education Further education in quality management (quality technician, quality specialist, or comparable) At least 5 years of professional experience in quality management Leadership competence and assertiveness Good knowledge of the standards ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 and GMP requirements Experience in qualification, validation, and audit execution Experience in a regulated environment (medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or pressure vessel construction) Good knowledge of CAQ systems and SAP QM Knowledge in qualification and validation Very good German language skills at least C2 English at least B2, preferably C1 Our offer With us, you can expect more than just a job - you will become part of a team that lives cohesion, development, and joy in work.
