How your job will look:

• You support the CISO in the operation and further development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) as well as in the implementation of the security strategy.
• You coordinate and monitor security measures, risk treatments, and compliance requirements and ensure their implementation.
• Risk analyses, protection requirement determinations, business impact analyses, and security assessments are carried out and tracked by you.
• You support internal, external, and customer audits, coordinate the processing of findings, and accompany certification and compliance projects.
• The maintenance and further development of security policies, standards, processes, and security specifications are within your area of responsibility.
• You coordinate vulnerability management, track open measures, and support the specialist departments in their implementation.
• Security incidents are accompanied, analyzed, and documented by you. In doing so, you coordinate lessons learned and improvement measures.
• You support projects and changes regarding security-relevant issues and ensure that security requirements are taken into account at an early stage.
• Internal and external stakeholders are advised by you on security, risk, and compliance matters.
• You create regular KPI, risk, and security reports as a basis for decision-making for the CISO and management.
• You plan and coordinate awareness and training measures and sustainably promote the security culture within the company.
• You observe current threats, regulatory developments, and security trends and bring new insights into the organization.

Your focus: Security Governance, ISMS, risk management, compliance, and the operational anchoring of information security in the company. The CISO defines the strategic direction, and you ensure that it is effectively implemented in everyday life.

What you should bring with you:

• You have a completed degree in the field of computer science, business informatics, or information security, or a comparable education with corresponding practical experience.
• You bring several years of experience in the field of information security, security governance, compliance, or ISMS.
• Ideally, you have recognized certifications in the field of information security, such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or comparable qualifications.
• You have sound knowledge of standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or comparable security standards.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements in the Swiss financial market environment (especially FINMA specifications) is an advantage.
• Knowledge in the areas of risk management, business continuity management, data protection, and auditing completes your profile.
• You are familiar with the Microsoft world, especially Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, Azure, and modern cloud environments.
• You work in a structured, independent manner and never lose track, even when dealing with several parallel topics.
• You possess strong analytical thinking skills as well as the ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
• You appear confident and professional towards specialist departments, customers, auditors, and management.
• Initiative, assertiveness, and team spirit are among your strengths.
• Very good German skills as well as good written and spoken English skills complete your profile.
