This is the contribution you can make

• Implement maintenance and cleaning work on the buildings
• Monitor heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems as well as perform technical inspections according to the maintenance plan
• Assist in the preparation of rooms designated for the troops; take on tasks in connection with the issuance and return of infrastructure and material
• Coordinate, supervise, and accept work carried out by private companies
• Assist with outdoor work and snow removal on the training area

What makes you unique

• Federal Certificate of Proficiency (EFZ) as a Specialist in Facility Management or completed vocational training in the field of technology, construction industry, or building maintenance
• Driving license category B is mandatory; category CE and forklift driver licenses are welcome
• Organizational talent, team spirit, and good interaction with customers
• Efficient and conscientious way of working
• Good knowledge of at least one second official language and basic IT skills (MS Office)
