Tasted Food AG is a Zurich-based manufacturer of fresh ready-to-eat products for the retail and specialist trade throughout Switzerland. In addition, we develop new food concepts on behalf of business customers and currently operate two MARU Restaurants. With over 130 employees, we are one of the largest fresh convenience producers in Switzerland.

Team Lead HR Services 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You lead the HR Services area and develop your team of two employees professionally and personally
• You support our line managers with all personnel matters and are a confidential and competent contact person for our employees at all levels
• Together with your team, you ensure smooth HR support from recruitment to departure
• You are responsible for payroll processing, including absence and social insurance matters, and ensure correct and timely processing
• You actively drive the further development of our HR processes, help shape digitalization, and participate in various projects
• The topics surrounding personnel development and further training are coordinated and designed by you
• You create and analyze HR evaluations, prepare the results in an understandable manner, and are responsible for the HR-related annual closing work
• For labor law issues, you independently take over coordination and work with the HR management as required
• You advocate for a positive corporate culture and high employee satisfaction and continuously develop appropriate measures
• Together with your team, you shape internal personnel communication and organize our employee events

What you bring

• A completed commercial vocational training as well as further training as an HR specialist forms your professional foundation
• You share our enthusiasm for the gastronomy industry and have already gained experience with the L-GAV
• Ideally, you already have 1–3 years of experience in HR management and recruitment
• Initial leadership experience helps you to keep an overview and support your team
• You have a confident command of German and any further language is a plus
• You bring basic user knowledge in dealing with AI tools and applications and know how to use their possibilities meaningfully in everyday work
