What awaits you ###

• You represent the AKB in initial contact and welcome our customers at the Welcome Desk.
• You enjoy advising new customers and existing clientele on basic services and clarifying further needs.
• You maintain customer contact also at the Learning Desk, where you introduce our diverse digital channels and support our customers in their application.
• You are responsible for processing customer service at the Cash Desk (deposits/withdrawals, change) combined with the management of the cash balance and the ATM.
• You succeed in recognizing the potential of customers and referring them to the appropriate departments.

What you bring with you ###

• This function is suitable for apprentices/graduates and BEM graduates.
• You are interested in people and their stories and can inspire them about yourself and the AKB.
• You have preferably taken the first step in your professional career with a completed basic banking education.
• You want to further deepen your existing knowledge of products and services in the basic service segment.
• A successful day for you means being able to maintain an active personal exchange with our customers on-site in Olten.
• Teamwork is just as important to you as an independent way of working.
