You want to do a commercial apprenticeship and are looking for the right entry point? The internship at the Hirslanden Klinik Stephanshorn gives you a real insight into daily commercial clinic life for one year -- ideal as the practical part of a bridging offer (e.g., pre-apprenticeship at GBS St. Gallen) or as a gap year. After careful introduction, you will work actively in our teams and take on responsibility step by step. With good performance, you will have the opportunity to begin your apprenticeship as a Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ with us afterwards.

YOUR TASKS

• Collaboration in various administrative areas of the clinic, e.g., reception/patient admission, clinic secretariats, Human Resources, purchasing, or management
• First point of contact on the telephone and at the counter for patients and visitors
• Handling correspondence, mail, and filing as well as entering data into our systems
• Assisting in the organization of meetings, training sessions, and internal events
• Support with smaller projects and everyday commercial tasks

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed compulsory schooling (secondary level I) and participation in a bridging offer (e.g., pre-apprenticeship GBS St. Gallen) or comparable situation
• Clear professional goal: Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ
• Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as basic knowledge of MS Office
• Enjoyment of contact with people as well as a friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and a careful way of working
• Ability to work in a team and interest in the healthcare sector
