MAIN TASKS

Anyone who knows our production knows: downtime is not an option. That is why we are looking for a hands-on personality who does not shape IT from behind a desk. You are close to production, understand the needs of our internal customers, and find pragmatic solutions with real added value. With your service orientation, your technical understanding, and your sense for the processes in the operation, you ensure that our production-related systems function reliably and are continuously developed. In doing so, you lead a small team with one employee. Your function includes, in particular, the following activities:

• Ensuring the operation and support of production-related IT, OT, and production systems as well as SAP, MES, and other applications
• Analyzing requirements from production and the specialist departments as well as coordinating changes, tests, and releases
• Leading and implementing technical projects in the production environment
• Leading and developing one employee as well as planning the resources within the area of responsibility
• Cooperation with production, specialist departments, group IT, and external partners as well as implementation of security specifications

PROFILE
You bring a degree as an ICT-Supporter EFZ, Informatiker EFZ, or a comparable training with further education at HF/FH level, further education in leadership and/or advantageously in project management. In addition, you are characterized by the following properties and skills:

• Experience with production-related IT, OT, and production systems, ideally in the SAP and MES environment
• Good knowledge of networks, databases, as well as IT and OT security; good German and English skills
• Hands-on mentality, high service orientation, and enjoyment in working close to production and implementing pragmatic solutions together with the specialist departments
• Experience in the leadership or development of employees
