Claudia von Ow, Head of Social Counseling, offers you a position with a workload of 80% as Social Worker BSc If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks: • Counseling and support for patients and relatives in social, financial and legal matters, both inpatient and outpatient • Mediation and counseling regarding the mobilization of resources from health and accident insurance benefits, social insurance or social assistance • Close cooperation with the medical, nursing and therapeutic treatment team, as well as external specialist centers and authorities • Coordinating and organizing tailor-made follow-up solutions domestically and abroad • Case responsibility Become part of the social counseling team, which supports our patients and their relatives through comprehensive counseling in personal, financial, professional or legal matters. We are there for the patients both during inpatient and outpatient treatments. Social counseling is part of the Clinic for Internal Medicine with advanced training status A, which is a central and important service center of the hospital, caring for over 3-500 inpatient patients, over 20-000 emergency cases and more than 450 patients in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit per year.
