Production Manager Cheese Dairy Schalchen 80 – 100 %

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the daily production of cheese as well as other dairy products
• Organization, planning, and coordination of production processes
• Leadership and support of the team in production
• Ensuring economical, high-quality, and timely production
• Responsibility for quality, hygiene, occupational safety, and order in the production area
• Close cooperation with the cheese cellar and management departments
• Active participation in the optimization of products and manufacturing processes
• Participation in the planning and implementation of our planned new production building as well as the future centralization of the Schalchen and Fehraltorf locations

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as Milchtechnologe/-in EFZ
• Leadership experience is an advantage or you bring the motivation to develop into a leadership role.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and actively develop the production area
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of further development
• Reliable, clean, and careful way of working
• Commitment, service orientation, and sense of responsibility
• Enthusiasm for high-quality cheese specialties
