For our global headquarters in Pfäffikon/SZ, we are looking for an experienced individual to drive the establishment of standardized product testing within our project development. In this role, you will define test standards and test methods, personally carry out application and system tests, and ensure that our products meet the relevant functional, application-specific, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will work closely with internal specialist departments as well as external partners and undertake tasks in the area of product certification. Your tasks

• Establishment and further development of standardized product testing within project development
• Development of test methods, test plans, and testing criteria for new and existing products
• Definition, planning, and execution of application, system, and product tests
• Coordination and support of tests and certifications with external partners
• Support and partial assumption of tasks in the area of product certification
• Close cooperation with certification, project development, engineering, product management, and other specialist departments
• Analysis of test results, derivation of measures, and documentation of results

What you bring with you

• Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or comparable (ETH/Uni/FH)
• Experience in product testing during product development in an industrial environment
• Experience with regulatory requirements and standards, e.g., Machinery Regulation, Low Voltage Directive, PPWR, hygiene, IP protection, as well as climate and transport tests
• Enjoyment in working with internal specialist departments as well as external testing and certification partners
• Structured and independent way of working, paired with pragmatism and a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication, team-oriented personality
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
