Building Drafter at 100% for an architectural firm # About the role ### Our client, an architectural firm specializing in renovation projects, is looking for a building drafter or architect profile to support their team during a maternity leave. You will join a small team where you can quickly take charge of defining execution plans and detailed technical plans for two important projects. It is the opportunity to develop your skills on interesting projects within a versatile team. Tasks ## • Create execution plans • Design technical detail plans (stairs, railings, walkways) • Establish layout plans for the installation of floor coverings • Perform precise measurement surveys directly on construction sites • Model all projects on ArchiCAD or AutoCAD • Participate in site meetings and operational monitoring We are looking for ### • You have training in architecture or building design • You have initial experience in technical drawing • You have excellent abilities in creating plans on ArchiCAD and AutoCAD • You have skills in monitoring renovation projects (a +) • You are available quickly for a 6-month mission, potentially extendable But above all, you are a person who enjoys teamwork, is organized and possesses good interpersonal skills.
