Your tasks In this central role, as an interface between customers and internal departments, you bear responsibility for clean, correct and timely processes. Independent and error-free order processing from A–Z Competent telephone and written customer support (DE/FR) Creation and follow-up of offers Coordination with purchasing, warehouse and field service Support in the optimization of processes and internal workflows Maintenance of product data in the ERP\-/shop system Your profile You maintain an overview even in demanding situations and place great value on clean, reliable work – our customers rely on it.
