In this exciting role, you combine technical understanding with precise working. You accompany projects from the initial survey to the technical elaboration and ensure, with your carefully prepared tendering, a solid foundation for successful construction projects. Your tasks * Tendering with depth: You create precise bills of quantities for tinsmithing, flat roof work, fall protection, and glazed roof installations (NPK). * Project survey with proximity: You look after our partners and independently survey new projects. * Time management with responsibility: You coordinate the schedule for bills of quantities in your area. * Technology meets structure: You create measurements according to SIA with Bluebeam and compile complete, object-specific dossiers. * Communication as a key: You ensure a smooth flow of information between project management, sales, and administration. * Document management with system: You structure and maintain the dossiers professionally. * Detailed work with foresight: You clarify technical questions with specialist planners and architects and work out details with our technical service (sketches, CAD). * Coordination with market knowledge: You obtain offers for complementary components (e.g., Velux). * Backoffice with advisory competence: You support planners with system setups. * Shaping digitalization: You actively develop our construction administration tools (Devis, Bluebeam). Your profile * Professional basis: You have basic training as a waterproofers, roofer, or tinsmith EFZ -- ideally supplemented by further training as an object manager, tinsmith foreman, or construction manager building envelope. * Digital competence: You are familiar with construction administration programs such as Messerli, BauPlus, Abacus, or Sorba and use them efficiently for tendering. * Standard compliance: You bring sound knowledge of the relevant NPK catalogs and CRB data and are familiar with the applicable standards in the building envelope. * Project management experience: You have already successfully accompanied projects in the field of building envelope and bring a good understanding of processes and interfaces. * Material understanding: You know the application-technical properties of building materials, insulation, and waterproofing -- especially in the field of flat roofs. * Way of working: You work independently, structured, and maintain an overview even with complex tasks. Your time management is exemplary. * Team spirit & communication: You are a true team player -- open, reliable, and solution-oriented in dealing with colleagues, partners, and customers. * Language skills: Your native language is German.
