Client Representative in

What you can achieve.

• As an experienced client representative, you lead complex construction projects and are responsible for their implementation.
• In doing so, you take technical specifications and guidelines into account and monitor the approved cost, schedule, and quality framework.
• You accompany the procurement process with operational and strategic purchasing from tender to award.
• You are also responsible for managing the assigned project portfolios with regard to costs and economic efficiency.
• You perform construction consultancy independently from the feasibility study to commissioning.
• In your projects, you assume the owner function.

What you bring with you.

• With your conceptual and entrepreneurial way of working, you contribute proactively to our organization. You are open to new fields of activity and diverse projects.
• With your winning appearance, you also convince critical voices and persistently seek common solutions.
• In your professional past, you have already managed construction projects (up to CHF 5 Mio.) in which a variety of different stakeholders were involved.
• You have a basic technical training supplemented with a degree in construction or project management and/or experience in client representation.
• You have a flawless command of the methods and tools of project management.
• You communicate in the German language with business fluency in spoken and written form (at least level C1). Knowledge of a second national language is an advantage.
