Job Description

• Serve and advise a demanding clientele in the meat departments
• Cut and arrange meat products in a professional manner
• Manage merchandise and implement sales promotion measures

Profile sought

• Completed initial training as a butcher-charcutier/butcher-charcutier, retail manager in meat economy or cook
• Professional experience in a traditional butchery is an asset
• Great availability and a keen sense of service
• Flexibility in terms of working hours
• Autonomous, impeccable and rigorous work
• Perfect knowledge of written and spoken French
• Friendliness and sense of teamwork, neat presentation
