Civil Engineering and surfacing site manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the different stages of the work, from the launch to the handover of the construction site
• Ensure the technical, human and material preparation of the sites by coordinating teams and subcontractors
• Anticipate and resolve technical or organizational problems likely to arise on the site
• Develop and monitor budgets allocated to projects
• Draft and validate administrative and technical documents related to projects
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of the quality of achievements and proceed with necessary controls

Profile

• Degree in the field of civil engineering
• Experience in site management, in civil engineering and surfacing
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss standards
• Solid expertise in project management
• Good mastery of IT tools related to the profession
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and to anticipate problems and provide concrete and rapid solutions
