As Monika Gerber's assistant, I am formulating the job advertisement from her personal perspective:

What I am looking for:

Start of position: 1.11.2026 / By arrangement

I have been living in my own apartment for almost 3 years and have 4 committed and reflective assistants who accompany me with security in everyday life.

Now I am looking for another assistant (f) who will think along with my team and accompany me at a workload of 40 %.

I am a 38-year-old woman, in a wheelchair and with an impairment (ASD, cognitive and cerebral impairment)

Your tasks: ###

• support me in everyday life
• enable a framework of security for me through structure and loving clarity
• take over light personal care
• run the household and cook with me
• accompany me to appointments

Your profile: ###

• qualified in social pedagogy and experience with disabled people with ASD
• ready to think along and help shape things
• reliable and responsible
• self-reflective
• humorous
• physically and mentally resilient
• good German skills
• Driver's license B
• Own car (Since workplace is not reachable with public transport)
