Well construction is more than drilling – it requires someone who keeps an overview, convinces customers, and leads projects to success. As a Project Manager Filter Wells, you take on responsibility from the first customer inquiry to successful completion – on the construction site as well as in direct contact with customers and authorities.
Your tasks
Independent management of our small filter well projects, from the inquiry to the final invoice
Active acquisition as well as support and advice for our customers
Preparation of offers and calculations
Regular assignments on our construction sites for inspections, meetings, and minor assistance
Coordination of construction site personnel and external partners
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality
What you bring with you
Education or studies as a geologist, civil or environmental engineer, or basic vocational training with corresponding further training
Experience in project management or construction is an advantage
Comprehensive MS Office skills
Negotiation skills, enjoyment of customer contact, and a technical flair
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
