What you achieve

• In your role, you take over the operational management of approximately 15 people (doctors and assistants).
• You convey the values of insurance medicine and ensure a high quality of assessments within your team.
• You set clear goals for your team, promote its development and ensure that the workflow is maintained.
• You actively participate in change management and quality improvement in insurance medicine.
• Assessments based on dossiers or as part of investigations of the insured are also part of your tasks.

What you bring

• You have completed specialist medical training (orthopaedics, surgery, neurology, etc.) and have ideally gained initial experience in management.
• You already have practical experience in insurance medicine and have ideally completed further training (e.g. SIM).
• You are known for your dynamism, strong social competence, your leadership qualities and initiative.
• You are a driver for innovations and advocate for the active evaluation of technical topics.
• You have French as a native language (or equivalent level) but ideally possess good German skills. Italian is a plus.
