• CFC as a commercial employee or training deemed equivalent
• Several years of professional experience
• Good command of the two official languages of the City of Bienne (French and German)
• Excellent command of French spelling

About us

The Service du contrôle des habitants is a central actor of the Administration municipale and constitutes a privileged interlocutor for the population. Our activity covers, among others, the management of population movements, the maintenance of official registers, services related to elections and votes, as well as the processing of ordinary naturalization applications. Within the naturalization field, we accompany candidates throughout their journey towards acquiring Swiss nationality, while ensuring compliance with the legal framework and the quality of the service provided.
