Job Coach, Future Builder 80% - 90%

Do you enjoy supporting participants (TN) and learners (LE) step by step in their professional integration process? Do you enjoy coordinating interdisciplinarily with all involved agencies, specialists, and companies? Do you take independent responsibility for the care and support of the TN and LE? Do you precisely document all relevant information in order to subsequently report to the referring agencies? Do you enjoy supporting the creation of application documents? Do you also develop individual application strategies to specifically prepare applicants for job interviews? Do you enjoy acquiring suitable jobs or training positions together with TN and LE to promote sustainable integration? Then you are the person we are looking for!
What you bring with you
Completed training in Social Work, Pedagogy, Psychology or comparable
Further education in work integration / Supported Employment, e.g., CAS Supported Employment, CAS Coaching in work integration or Federal Diploma Job Coach work integration
Several years of experience in vocational integration in an IV or work-integrative setting (1. AM)
Demonstrable experience in case management and case management
Sound knowledge of the regional labor market as well as a structured, goal- and impact-oriented way of working
Solution-oriented way of working as well as clear and appreciative communication
