Your missions

• Competent advice to our customers and active sales
• Identification of parts via electronic media
• Preparation and follow-up of offers
• Complete processing of orders, including monitoring of deadlines
• Management of complaints
• Development of customer relations
• Close coordination with the external sales service as well as with other relevant interfaces

Your qualifications

• Technical training (e.g. heavy goods vehicle mechanic) with professional experience in a workshop
• Ideally experience in the sale of automotive parts or commercial vehicles and good technical understanding
• Dynamic, reliable, autonomous way of working as well as goal and solution oriented
• Service orientation, ease of communication and team spirit
