Your tasks

• Supporting and collaborating in the area of finance and accounting
• Collaborating on closings and budgeting as well as liquidity management
• Key User for Abacus as well as supporting projects and administrative tasks
• Independent care and management of rental properties
• Coordinating maintenance, renovation and refurbishment projects including contract and damage management

Your profile

• Commercial basic training
• Further training in finance and accounting and/or in real estate management as well as several years of professional experience in financial accounting, real estate management or a comparable area
• MS Office knowledge as well as Abacus knowledge is an advantage
• Confident handling of accounting and IT systems
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented personality with an exact, structured and efficient way of working
• Enjoyment of numbers, a versatile activity and working with different areas
• Analytical thinking and a strong accounting flair
• German: stylistically proficient (C2)
