Real Estate Accountant (80-100%)

In this exciting role, you will independently take over the real estate accounting and ensure that everything runs smoothly financially for our rental and STWEG properties. From the preparation of heating and service charge statements as well as annual financial statements to the dunning process – you always maintain an overview and work reliably and on schedule. You are well-versed in the annual financial statements of STWEG and rental properties: you prepare these confidently, independently, and with high technical security. Depending on suitability and personal interest, the field of activity can be flexibly supplemented with tasks in the fiduciary sector. In direct contact with tenants and owners, you convince through friendliness, competence, and your solution-oriented manner.

You feel at home in the jungle of numbers. You work in a structured manner, think ahead, and contribute to the high quality of our services from day one. In addition, you actively participate in internal projects and thus help shape the further development of our group of companies.

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting, ideally you are familiar with Immotop2
• You have good comprehension skills and love working independently
• You are service-oriented and maintain an overview in the jungle of numbers
• Clear, stylish communication in German
