Team Leader Operational Accounting, 80-100 %

For Strategic Controlling in the Finance Department at the Triemli location, we are looking for a professional and experienced personality starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• As part of our interdisciplinary operational organization in Strategic Controlling, you are responsible for the further development of cost accounting according to REKOLE as well as profit center accounting.
• The monthly cost center accounting, the service allocation according to REKOLE, and the closings of the operational accounting in the SAP CO module are within your area of responsibility.
• Annually, you prepare external statistics and cost data (BFS, SDEP, SwissDRG) and ensure their quality.
• As a central contact person, you advise internal and external stakeholders, including the Health Directorate of the Canton of Zürich, on business management issues related to cost accounting.
• In business management projects, you contribute your expertise and support the further development of our instruments and processes.
• You lead a team of two specialists both technically and personally.

Profile ##

• Business administration degree with a specialization in Finance/Controlling
• Leadership experience in a similar function
• Experience in the healthcare sector and industry-specific knowledge of data and value flows according to REKOLE are an advantage
• Strong analytical, structured, and conceptual thinking skills as well as high IT affinity and experience in the SAP system
• Entrepreneurial and strategically networked thinking, high solution and implementation competence
• Enjoyment in sustainably developing topics and issues within a motivated team
• Winning personality with high personal responsibility
