Technical Service Building Envelope 100% (m/f/d)

In Technical Service, you are our competent contact person regarding the professional application of our fiber cement and fire protection products. You advise customers, support the planning of constructions, and accompany projects from the first idea to implementation. In doing so, you work closely with sales, product management, and development and ensure that our products are used in a practical and norm-compliant manner.

Tasks

• Telephone and personal consultation for architects, clients, and contractors
• Planning and support for constructions and technical solutions
• Support of objects as well as instructions directly at the customer's site
• Conducting courses for apprentices and skilled workers
• Preparation of tenders and offers, with and without measurement
• Creation and processing of CAD drawings

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a polybatched specialist in steep roof (roofer), facade builder, or carpenter
• Ideally further training, e.g., as an object manager or foreman
• Some years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or the building envelope area
• Good MS-Office skills
• CAD skills are an advantage
• Confident German in spoken and written form; Italian skills are an advantage
• Communicative, team-oriented personality with negotiation skills
• Independent, flexible, and resilient way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of customer contact
