Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a permanent position: More than 3 years of experience as an AVOR Project Manager

Your challenge:

• Independent management and supervision of tile flooring projects -- from the offer to the final invoice
• Coordination and organization of construction sites as well as the participating employees and partners
• Measurement, calculation, tendering, and post-calculation
• Schedule, cost, and quality control
• Support and advice for our customers and contact persons on the construction site
• Leadership and support of the tilers on the construction sites
• Coordination of material orders and delivery dates
• Cooperation with site managers, architects, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring professional and timely execution
• Participation in the further development of our workflows and processes

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a Plattenleger EFZ or a comparable construction-related training
• Further training as a Plattenlegermeister, Bauleiter, Techniker HF or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the tiling trade
• Experience in project management and construction site coordination
• Good knowledge in calculation, measurement, and invoicing
• Entrepreneurial thinking and an independent, structured way of working
• Confident and customer-oriented appearance
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
