You advise customers competently on the entire simatec product range and process technical inquiries as well as complaints and repairs independently – from analysis to finding a solution. Additionally, you create and update training documents and conduct internal as well as external product training. Another focus lies in the execution of product and application tests. You support the sales team during customer visits and trade fairs, maintain relevant data in the CRM system and create quality evaluations. Furthermore, you actively contribute suggestions for improvement and participate in the continuous optimization of our processes. Your profile For this demanding position, you have a technical basic education which you have supplemented with commercial further training. You bring experience in the consultation and sale of technical industrial products and are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and action. Your open, communicative manner as well as your confident appearance make you a valued contact person. Very good English skills are required, further language skills are an advantage.
