In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for passionate and committed collaborators to join our mission of welcoming and supporting blind and visually impaired people with intellectual disabilities and/or presenting autism spectrum disorders. To strengthen our teams in adult accommodation, we are looking for Veilleurs occasionnels (M/F) in CDI Your missions and responsibilities: Ensure active watching from 21:00 to 7:00 Be responsible for security, support, and the conduct of care. Your profile: To benefit from the Croix-Rouge health auxiliary certificate with medical or paramedical training or solid practical experience in a hospital or institutional setting To demonstrate a marked interest in supporting visually impaired people, those in situations of intellectual disability and/or presenting autism spectrum disorders, as well as for night work To be able to function alone by demonstrating a great capacity to analyze unforeseen events. We offer: Training related to the specific needs of the persons to be assisted Possibility to benefit from additional supervision and intervision Working conditions according to the CCT Social Vaud.
