YOUR TASKS

• You regularly hold shift responsibility and maintain an overview of the department with a nursing focus on dementia
• As a reference person, you accompany our residents individually, empathically and professionally
• You assess nursing-relevant information, formulate nursing diagnoses and derive appropriate measures
• You organize, delegate and monitor nursing and care processes in a forward-looking manner
• Together with the team, you help shape a respectful, resource-oriented nursing culture

YOUR PROFILE

• A completed training as a diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF, FH or equivalent
• Experience and deep interest in the specialist area of dementia
• You bring the willingness to take on responsibility and to live a role model function
• Interest in actively contributing to the continuous development of nursing processes and standards
• Openness to personal and professional growth
