We are looking for the following profile for one of our clients: Customer Service Representative FR/CH-ALL Your mission: We are currently recruiting 2 Customer Service Representatives FR / CH-ALL to join a recognized player in customer relations in Genève. Main missions: - Telephone customer service. - Reception of incoming calls. - Diagnosis and first-level troubleshooting of water fountains by telephone (FR / CH-DE). - Explanation of invoices to customers. - Reorientation of requests to the competent services. Activity volume - Approximately 300 to 400 calls per week. - That is 60 to 80 calls per day. - 70 to 80 % of calls are in Swiss German. Your profile: Technical skills - Very good mastery of IT tools. - Excellent organizational skills. - Able to transcribe accurately the information collected during calls. - Ask the right questions in order to obtain all necessary information. - Transmit requests to the right interlocutor without loss of information. - Be comfortable with several IT tools simultaneously. Desired knowledge - Understand the basic notions of an invoice. - Able to explain simply a debit; a credit; the general functioning of a customer account. Languages - Fluent French. - Swiss German preferred. - Perfectly mastered German may suffice, provided that the candidate is able to understand Swiss German.
