Astoria Gastronomie AG is a lively gastronomy enterprise in the center of Olten. It includes the following business sectors: hotel with 38 rooms as well as several business apartments, traditional restaurant (90 SPL), specialty restaurant Bamboo (50 SPL), seminar with 7 rooms, bar sisième (90 SPL) and terraces, bar magazin (270 SPL). For the Hotel Astoria we are looking for immediately: Hotel specialist (m/f/d) or Specialist Hospitality Housekeeping EFZ 100 % (m/f/d) Main tasks: • co-responsible for smooth operations on the floor and in the lingerie • cleaning of: rooms, apartments, public toilets, bars • ensuring optimal guest service • ordering and inventories of cleaning agents, guest items and laundry items • proper handling of lost property • weekly cleaning / final cleaning of the furnished apartments • working in the lingerie/laundry • implementation of the entire laundry cycle Requirements: • Completed training as a hotel specialist (m/f) or specialist housekeeping EFZ • At least 1 year of professional experience • Teamwork skills, reliability, stress resistance, punctuality and flexibility • Sound knowledge of current work and hygiene regulations and the ability to implement them without problems • Friendliness in dealing with guests, a well-groomed appearance and good expression in the German (ideally also English) language • Politeness and respect in dealing with colleagues and employees What we offer: • Interesting and independent tasks in a successful, growing company • Opportunities for professional development • Attractive, performance-related compensation • 5 weeks vacation We look forward to getting to know you soon.
