Socio-administrative assistant

• Within the reception, contribute to the welcome and orientation of beneficiaries to the social and administrative help desks of the center, as well as to internal and external partners upon request.
• Within the social help desks, in support of social workers, participate in interviews and the recording, in our systems, of requests and the responses provided.
• Upon delegation from social workers, provide additional support to beneficiaries when necessary (support for completing certain forms, orientation of beneficiaries to facilitate their travel within the canton, etc.).
• During dedicated periods, participate in the distribution of financial benefits.
• Within the reception, support social secretaries in tasks such as internal mail distribution, scheduling appointments in social workers' calendars, and transferring calls and information intended for staff.
• Within the collective accommodation center, support administrative assistants in the preparation and welcome of new beneficiaries and the transfer of beneficiaries to other units, by contributing to the compilation of files, the editing of various documents, filing, and archiving.
• Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, specific tool);
• Adaptability;
• Ease in writing in French;
• Good knowledge of the English language would be an asset.

Civilian service is an alternative intended for persons subject to military service who cannot reconcile this service with their conscience. They perform, upon request, a replacement civilian service.
