Job description ##

• Programming of drawn parts using Heidenhain and Fanuc
• Programming on the CAM system (topSolid)
• Adapting and optimizing existing CNC programs
• Creating production processes, setup and tool documentation
• Ensuring structured program storage
• Setting up various machining machines
• Supervising production from the machining strategy to series production
• Instruction and training of production employees
• Calculating drawn parts in consultation with the AVOR department
• Carrying out and documenting feasibility assessments

We expect ##

• Completed training as a polymechanic or production mechanic as well as several years of professional experience
• Experience in programming and machine operation
• Independent and reliable personality with a high sense of quality
• You maintain open, honest and active communication
• You are an open team player who is open to change
• You are committed to continuous improvement of processes
• You have strong computer skills, e.g. in dealing with Microsoft Office, topSolid and databases such as SAP
• German in spoken and written form
