HR Generalist (m/f/d) 100% (temporary until approx. December 2027)

What you can be proud of

• Payroll & Compensation: Participation in monthly payroll processing in cooperation with our external payroll provider as well as processing all payroll-relevant changes.
• HR Administration: Independent handling of administrative HR processes from entry to exit, including contract management, certificates, personnel changes, and maintenance of personnel data.
• Absence Management: Coordination and processing of sickness, accident, EO, military, maternity, and paternity cases in cooperation with an external provider.
• Apprentice Management: Coordination of apprentice matters including support for vocational trainers, contract management, as well as organization and accompaniment of apprentices during their training period.

What must be in your backpack

• Completed basic training as well as federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) as an HR specialist is mandatory
• Experience in payroll accounting as well as sound knowledge of Swiss social security and labor law regulations
• Flair for numbers, strong organizational talent, and an independent, structured, and exact way of working
• Very good German skills, other language skills (English or French) are an advantage
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors as well as UKG PeopleDoc is an advantage
