Club / Golf Manager (m/f/d) (70% - 80% in an annual working time model)
About us: Embedded in the alpine nature of the Lower Engadine at 1,280 m above sea level lies the well-maintained 9-hole course of the tradition-rich Golfclub Vulpera. Our club culture is characterized by a familial atmosphere, sporting spirit, and uncomplicated operations. Against the background of an upcoming strategic renewal of the board in February 2027 and the planned departure of the current club manager at the end of 2026, the club is in an active reorganization. We are using these changes to adapt our operational structures and further promote digitalization. For this purpose, we are looking for a dynamic, versatile personality to fill this key operational role.

Your areas of responsibility in this key operational role:

• Operational Leadership & Administration: You independently manage the secretariat including the front desk (this accounts for approx. 50% of your employment) and handle the operational day-to-day business (member management, correspondence, parts of accounting).
• IT Support & PC-Caddie: You undertake the operational support and administration of our club system PC-Caddie and use the tool for data analysis to optimize game and tournament operations.
• Member & Guest Care: You are the first point of contact on the premises and, together with the secretariat staff, ensure a hospitable, visually inviting reception area.
• Interface Coordination: You coordinate cooperation with the greenkeeping team (Terra Nova), the club gastronomy, the Head Golf-Pro and Pro Shop, as well as the municipality of Scuol.
• Marketing, Communication & Projects: You support the board with internal and external communication (newsletters to members and guests), with actions for member acquisition, with sponsor care, and manage hotel cooperations. Additionally, you provide organizational support to our six newly founded project groups.

Your Profile

• You have completed training in the field of golf club or club management or possess initial practical experience in an operational club function.
• Alternatively, you come from the tourism, event, or hotel industry and bring a strong hospitality mindset as well as organizational skills.
• You have a solid commercial foundation, are highly IT-savvy (fast familiarization with PC-Caddie is required) and are proficient with new media (social media, newsletter tools).
• You enjoy change, think solution-oriented, and contribute proactively to our reorganization process.
• Languages: Very good German skills (oral/written) are mandatory; Romansh, Italian, and English are of great advantage in our tourism region.

What we offer you:

• Attractive annual working time model (70% - 80%): Since our facility is open for around 6 months (approx. May to October) due to weather conditions, you work on-site during the summer season. You use the winter months for administrative preparations, strategic planning, and flexible time off – home office is possible during this time.
