In order to complete our teams, we are looking for, immediately or to be agreed upon, several:
Field Nurse

Your main tasks
Ensure care and management adapted to people of all ages, in various contexts, in collaboration with their entourage
Ensure technical, hygiene and comfort care services as well as support for our clients
Document the client's computerized file by entering, in particular, all the information necessary for the provision of services, continuity of care and planning
Ensure medico-delegated care services, hygiene and comfort as well as support for our clients
Participate actively and in a multidisciplinary manner in the coordination and follow-up of the care project defined with the client
Participate in the identification of the immediate needs of new clients
Accompany auxiliary employees in order to guarantee the quality of services
Your profile and skills:
Bachelor in nursing HES or equivalent title
Experience in the health field
Good knowledge of the socio-sanitary field
Good command of the French language with good writing skills
Capacity for analysis and synthesis
Good knowledge of common IT tools
Capacity to communicate and negotiate
Capacity to work in a multidisciplinary team
