Your tasks

Ensuring the reliable operation of ventilation and air conditioning systems in production, laboratory, and office buildings
Early detection and rectification of malfunctions
Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance measures
Execution of maintenance, installation, and repair work
Control and monitoring of technical systems
Creation and updating of maintenance protocols
Maintenance of technical data in the plant management system
Coordination and control of external partners and service providers
Support with further tasks in the field of building technology
Participation in on-call service

Your profile

Completed vocational training in the field of ventilation/air conditioning (EFZ or equivalent) or in a related technical profession
Several years of professional experience in the maintenance and upkeep of ventilation and air conditioning systems
Ideally corresponding further training in the field of ventilation/air conditioning or building technology
Good knowledge of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
Independent and reliable way of working
High sense of responsibility and technical understanding
Readiness to participate in the on-call service
Very good German skills in spoken and written
Good MS Office user skills
